Terms and Conditions

1.      The Parties:

Empowered Provider Association, an unincorporated private association (“We, Us, Our, Ourselves”)

And

Each User (“You, Your, Yourselves”)

2. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which you engage with us as a private member. You understand that this relationship is governed by private terms and not by conventional public statutes.

3. Members Agreement

By entering into this Agreement, you become a private member of Empowered Provider Association and agree to participate in services, guidance, and offerings provided exclusively by us within the private domain.

4. Private Nature of Agreement

You acknowledge that we operate privately, independent from any state or corporate jurisdiction. All interactions, communications, and agreements between the Parties are private and confidential.

5. Scope of Services

We agree to provide the following services and/or offerings to you:

a) Facilitation of Dad's (or Mum's) Money Circles;

b) Sharing knowledge and wisdom about living a life of prosperity free from financial stress;

c) Any other additional services agreed upon in writing by the parties and appended to this Agreement as required.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared between the Parties is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside the private domain without both Parties mutual, written consent. We operate in alignment with the principles of privacy and sovereignty, ensuring that all of your data is protected under these guidelines.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

a) Engage in our services with honesty and respect; and

b) Adhere to the guidelines and principles set out in this Agreement; and

c) Make prompt payments as agreed upon for services rendered.

You are responsible for your own well-being and acknowledge that all services provided are for individual enrichment and support only, not for diagnosis, treatment, or any medical or legal intervention.

8. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

a) Providing services with integrity and in alignment with our values and mission;

b) Maintaining confidentiality and respecting your privacy;

c) Delivering services within the agreed time frames and standards as outlined in this Agreement.

9. Financial Terms

a) Fees: You agree to pay us fees for services as specified by us.

b) Payment Terms: Payments are to be made as specified by us, through our preferred payment methods.

c) Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are provided solely at our discretion.

d) Any cancellation must be made within the minimum notice period as specified by us to avoid a cancellation fee, set by us.

10. Non-Disclosure Agreement

You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to our practices, methods, or any sensitive information acquired by engaging with us.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, both Parties agree to seek resolution through peaceful and private mediation and arbitration set out in our Dispute Resolution Policy. Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement is not subject to public law or judicial processes.

12. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30 days written notice period. Upon termination, both parties agree to settle any outstanding obligations as outlined

in this Agreement.

13. Lifetime Access

We offer Lifetime Access to our various programs, courses, and community ('material'). Your Lifetime Access to our material only covers the lifetime of your private members relationship until this Agreement is terminated by either of the Parties. We reserve the right to withdraw any or all material at any time without notice. We have made no specific warranty on the length of time Lifetime Access pertains to.  
14.  Cookies

Cookies are data that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies, which are industry standard and are used by most websites, including those operated by us, can facilitate a user’s ongoing access to and use of a site. They allow us to customise the website to your needs. We do not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, we encourage you to seek professional advice as necessary from a qualified and registered practitioner. Information provided by us is general in nature and for entertainment purposes only, and does not take into consideration your personal circumstances.

16. General Disclaimer

Past performance is no guarantee of future performance. Any earnings estimates are not guaranteed because individual results may vary. We are not you and can't control the actions that you take applying our material to your unique situation.

17. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties. By continuing to engage with us and using this website, you consent to our right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement without notice.
